OUR POLICIES
ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We do offer adjustments if you are unhappy with your service. Color adjustments must be done by the original stylist that performed your service unless requested otherwise and within 2 weeks of original appointment. After 2 weeks you are subject to a color service fee.
CANCELLATIONS
We ask that you notify us within 48 hours of your appointment if you need to cancel. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service that you were scheduled for. If you no call, no text, no show on the day of your scheduled service you will be required to pay for 100% of the scheduled service. Cancellation fees must be paid before booking a future appointment at Gilded.
LATE POLICY
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule at a future date and you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service(s) you were scheduled for that day. If you are scheduled for multiple services that day and your stylist is only able to complete 1 of these services you are scheduled for, you will still be responsible for paying a 50% fee of the service that was unable to be completed due to client’s lateness.
RETAIL REFUNDS
We only offer refunds or exchanges on unopened products.
RETAINERS
Retainers for new extension installs are non refundable. You will be required to pay a retainer up front in order to book an appointment
If you damage or discolor your extensions from sunscreen or spray tan/self tanners, Gilded is not held responsible and you may be required to purchase new extension hair. If you choose not to purchase new hair there will be an additional charge to treat your extensions; however, there is no guarantee that we will be able to remove discoloration from the extensions.
EXTENSION MAINTENANCE
We know our clients love looking their best at all times, but we kindly ask that you only book ONE blowout at a time. Our salon primarily focuses on color and extensions. We want to make sure we have time in our schedules to prioritize those appointments. We are happy to refer you to another blow dry bar in the area upon request.
